【摘要】 目的探讨白塞氏病所致主动脉瓣关闭不全的外科和药物治疗方式。方法回顾性分析2000年5月至2013年9月佛山市第一人民医院诊断的以心脏瓣膜病变为突出表现的白塞氏病患者6例的治疗和随访情况。结果 1例患者第1次、第2次手术都为常规主动脉瓣置换术,第3次手术为自体心包加固主动脉瓣环+Bentall手术,存活;其余5例患者第1次进行自体心包加固主动脉瓣环+Bentall手术,其中1例患者术后5个月出现了瓣周漏,心力衰竭死亡,其余4例患者存活。结论白塞氏病所致主动脉瓣关闭不全可以使用自体心包加固主动脉瓣环,然后进行Bentall手术,术前和术后使用强的松和沙利度胺控制炎症,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To discuss the choice of surgical method and medicine of aortic regurgitation caused by Behcet′sand follow-up data of 6 patients with aortic regurgitation secondary to Behcet′s disease and received surgery between May 2000 and September 2013 in The First People′s Hospital of Foshan were retrospectivelypatient undertook aortic valve replacement(AVR)in the first and second operation,and he received modified Bentall operation in the third operation and he finally survived;the rest patients undertook modified Bentall operation in the first operation,one of the 5 patients had perivalvular leakage 5 months after operation and died from heart failure.Four patients received Bentall operation andBentall operation should be a first-line therapy for aortic regurgitation caused by Behcet′s disease.These patients should be administered prednisone and thalidomide to control the inflammation.更多还原
