【摘要】 指出了我国普通高校工科类专业在高校人才培养层次的定位、自身优势与强势学科的辐射、人才培养方案的设置、实践类课程的设置方面均存在一定的问题,削弱了这类院校人才培养的竞争力。在分析了其中存在的问题后,提出了加强该类院校学生在知识应用能力方面的培养,制定相应的学科辐射目标与人才培养计划,提高专业设置中实践类课程所占比例,以及将市场和企业因素融入到实践类课程内容设置中的措施,以切实促进学生的实践应用能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some problems in Engineering majors of universities in China including the setting of personnel training level,the radiation of its own advantages and strong disciplines,the setting of talent training programs and the setting of practical courses.These problems weaken the competitiveness of personnel training.After analyzing the existing problems,this paper put forward some suggestions to strengthen the training of students in such institutions in the application of knowledge,formulate corresponding radiation target and personnel training plan and integrate the market and enterprise factors into the contents of practical coursesincrease the proportion of practice courses in professional setting.Therefore,students can effectively promote the practical application ability.更多还原
