【摘要】 针对宁波市交通产业经济发展存在的增长速度减缓、质量效益滑坡、增长动力单一等问题,文章提出需着眼港口水运和道路运输两个主体行业,以创新求发展:一是开拓港口水运经济发展空间,推动申报建设自由港,培育具有高附加值的现代航运服务业成长和集聚;二是清除道路运输发展的制度障碍,切实减轻企业负担,服务降本增效;三是鼓励企业创新,将行业经济发展从要素投入、成本推动转换至创新发展、效益驱动。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the problems of Ningbo transportation industry economic, including the slowdown of economic growth, the decline in quality and efficiency, and the singleness of growth momentum, this paper proposed to focus on water and road transport industry, then seek development through innovation. The countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: firstly, to expand the development space for sea port and water transport, promote the declaration and construction of free port, and foster the growth and gathering of modern water shipping services with high added-value; secondly, to eliminate the institutional obstacles to the development of road transportation, to reduce the burden of road transport enterprises, and to increase the efficiency of their services; third, to encourage enterprise innovation, and transform the industry’s economic development mode from a factor input and cost-driven mode to an innovative development and efficiency-driven mode.更多还原
