基于IMC-P的空调冷却水温度控制研究

【摘要】 针对空调冷却水系统中温度的控制存在着非线性、大滞后、大惯性和时变性的特点,结合传统的中央空调控制系统具有损耗大和调速控制困难的缺点,提出一种新的思想:把串级控制与内模控制结合并利用育种算法对内模控制器的参数进行整定,得到基于育种算法的温度IMC(内模控制)-P控制系统。然后利用SIMULINK对IMC-P和PID-P控制系统进行仿真试验,通过对结果进行比较发现:基于育种算法的串级内模控制器系统的快速性和稳定性最好,能够有效减少响应曲线的超调量、节省过渡时间、提高调节品质。

【Abstract】 In view of the presence of such characteristics in the control of temperature in the air conditioning cooling water system as non-linearity,large lag,large inertia and temporal variability,and in combination with the demerits of conventional central air conditioning control system,such as large loss and difficulty in speed regulation control,a new idea is proposed,that is,combine the cascade control with internal model control and use the breeding algorithms to tune the parameters of the internal model controller to obtain the temperature IMC(internal model control)-P control system based on the breeding algorithm. Then use SIMULINK to simulate the IMC-P and PID-P control system. Through comparison of the results,it is found that the cascade internal model controller system based on the breeding algorithm has the best rapidity and stability,and can effectively reduce the overshoots of the response curve,save transition time,and improve adjustment quality.
