无压烧结制备Ti3AlC2及其选择性解离行为研究

【摘要】 以高纯度的Ti、Al和C粉末为原料,采用无压烧结制备工艺合成Ti3AlC2样品,并对其选择性解离行为进行研究。利用X射线衍射(XRD)图谱和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像对反应产物进行分析。实验结果表明,将Ti、Al和C粉末按3:1:2的标准比例混合,在静态氩气的条件下,经过1 400℃烧结1 h后,可获得高纯度的Ti3Al C2。研磨后的粉末样品经过氢氟酸选择性腐蚀,SEM图像证实反应产物中存在二维晶体Ti3C2,证明了其在30%浓度的氢氟酸中仍然存在解离能力。

【Abstract】 In this study, Ti, Al and C were used as raw materials, and Ti3AlC2 was synthesized by pressureless sintering. The selective dissociation behavior was investigated. The reaction products were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that Ti,Al and C can be obtained by mixing with 3:1:2 in the condition of static argon. After 1 hour’s sintering at 1 400 ° C,high purity Ti3AlC2 can be obtained. The grounded powder samples were selectively etched by hydrofluoric acid. The SEM results showed that there were two dimensional crystals of Ti3 C2 in the reaction products,which proved the existence of dissociation ability in 30% hydrofluoric acid.
