【Abstract】 The block diagram of inverter power supply for submerged arc welding and the block diagram of process control system are given. The control principle of inverter power supply for buried arc welding is expounded.Moreover,the control principle diagram is given. The fuzzy control algorithm is applied to inverter power supply with detailed algorithm steps,tables and software processes. Experimental data show that the system is stable and reliable.
