模糊算法在埋弧焊逆变电源中的应用
Application of Fuzzy Algorithm in Submerged Arc Welding Inverter Power Supply
【摘要】 设计给出了埋弧焊逆变电源控制系统及过程控制系统的框图,阐述了埋弧焊电源控制原理,并给出了原理图。确定了模糊控制算法应用于逆变电源,并给出了详细算法步骤、表格和软件流程。实验数据表明,系统稳定可靠,具有实用价值。
【Abstract】 The block diagram of inverter power supply for submerged arc welding and the block diagram of process control system are given. The control principle of inverter power supply for buried arc welding is expounded.Moreover,the control principle diagram is given. The fuzzy control algorithm is applied to inverter power supply with detailed algorithm steps,tables and software processes. Experimental data show that the system is stable and reliable. The system has practical value.
