【Abstract】 The cultivation of innovative talents is very important for the development of our country,and it is also one of the core tasks of our colleges and universities. However,the current situation of innovative talents cultivation is far from satisfying. Problems exist,such as backward ideas of cultivating innovative talents,unreasonable curriculum system,outdated training model,unsound teaching staff system,and lack of innovative and entrepreneurial platform. This paper suggests some solutions to these problems,such as updating the concept of talents training,perfecting the curriculum system,optimizing the training model,building high-quality teaching staff,establishing new cooperation modes such as government-school,school-enterprise and school-society cooperation,building practice platforms for innovative talents,and building communities for college students innovation.更多还原
