【摘要】 农户住宅投资关系着农村、农民和农业的长期可持续发展。首先,实证结果发现,绝大多数省份农户平均收入水平对农户住宅投资具有显著的正向影响,农户收入水平的提高为农户改善居住条件提供了客观物质基础,同时伴随收入提高而来的改善居住条件的需求进一步促使农户在住房方面投入更多的积蓄;其次,农户家庭人力资本发展教育支出比重与农户住宅投资存在着显著的负向相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural households’ investment in residential affairs is an important influencing factor to the long-term sustainable development of rural areas,farmers and agriculture. First of all,the empirical results show that the average income level of rural households in most provinces has a significant positive impact on their investment in residential affairs. The increase in rural household income levels provides material basis for rural households to improve their living conditions,and the demand for better living conditions further promoted farmers to invest more savings in housing; secondly,the proportion of rural households’ education expenditure in human capital development was significantly negatively related to the household investment in rural households.更多还原
