单位电耗与大米加工精度等级、生产规模的模型研究
Model of unit power consumption and milling degree or processing scale
【摘要】 为掌握生产规律,对不同品种、不同加工条件下,我国大米加工企业的电耗情况进行调研分析。以大米加工单位电耗为指标,通过拟合仿真模型及样本优化模型处理,得到其与加工精度等级、生产规模之间的对应关系,并建立数学模型。
【Abstract】 In order to master the production rules,the power consumption of rice processing enterprises in China under different varieties and processing conditions was investigated and analyzed.With unit power consumption as the index,the relationship between unit power consumption and milling degree or processing scale was obtained by simulation model and sample optimization model processing,and the mathematical model was established.
