【摘要】 在现今社会,各个行业都提倡节能降耗,节能降耗是一个企业的立足之本。建立能源管理体系作为节能降耗工作的关键之一,已经引起了很多企业的重视。通过采取管理手段来节约成本、降低能耗对企业来说具有系统性和经济性的优点。这里以小麦制粉行业为基础,根据小麦制粉加工工艺,主要从能源管理系统、电力设备购买、生产过程管理、余热二次利用、节能奖惩五个方面对能源管理体系进行分析。为后续建立较为完善的小麦制粉能源管理体系做准备。更多还原

【Abstract】 In nowadays society,various industries all promote energy saving which is based on the book of an enterprise.Establishing energy management system as one of the keys to energy conservation and reducing consumption has drawn much attention from many enterprises.Adopting management tools for saving costs and reducing energy consumption of the enterprise has systematic and economic advantages.Based on the wheat flour milling industry,according to the processing technology of wheat flour milling,the energy management system was analyzed by five aspects,including energy management system,power equipment purchase,production process management,waste heat reutilization,energy saving rewards and penalties,in order to make full preparations for the establishment of a more perfect energy management system for wheat flour production.更多还原
