【摘要】 本试验采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对复方太子参口服液中的太子参环肽B图谱进行分析,并探讨了其他可能作为复方太子参口服液定性定量的特征性成分。此法采用Welchrom C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)柱,柱温为室温、检测波长为203nm、流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70)、流速1.0mL/min、进样量20μL。结果表明复方太子参口服液中的太子参环肽B峰形、分离度均符合要求,此法可用于复方太子参口服液中太子参环肽B鉴别。复方太子参口服液中检测有其他太子参特征峰,也可用于复方太子参口服液鉴别。本研究将为高效液相色谱法鉴别复方太子参口服液提供宝贵的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment, HPLC method was applied to identification of Heterophyllin B and other characteristic composition of compound Pseudostellaria heterophyllaoral oral liquid. The method used Welchrom C18(4.6×250 mm, 5μm) column, the column temperature was room temperature, the detection wavelength was 203 nm, The mobile phase was 30% of the acetonitrile and 70% of the water, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the sample volume was 20μL. The results showed that the peak shape and separation degree of Heterophyllin B in the compound P. heterophyllaoral oral liquid met the requirements. This method can be used for the content determination of Heterophyllin B in compound P. heterophyllaoral oral liquid. The research supplies the valuable theoretic basis for identification of compound P. heterophyllaoral oral liquid using HPLC.更多还原
