【摘要】 文章对甘肃省图书馆建馆100年来馆藏发展政策进行了梳理,概述了馆藏发展政策起步、形成、成熟与丰富发展的历史进程,分析了现行馆藏发展政策的特点,对馆藏发展政策中存在的不足提出了修订建议,提炼总结了甘肃省图书馆馆藏发展政策的经验与启示,即清晰的办馆思想是馆藏发展政策的理论基础,科学性是馆藏发展政策正确性的前提,继承与发展是馆藏发展政策具有生命力的保证,在馆藏发展实践中贯彻执行馆藏发展政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article sorts out the library development policies of Gansu Province Library, summarizes the historical process of the beginning, formation, maturity and enriching development of the collection development policy, and analyzes its characteristics as well as the deficiencies.
