【Abstract】 As we all know,employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood. For higher vocational colleges,whether graduates can achieve smooth employment and high-quality employment is related to whether the college can achieve sustainable development in the future. Because of this,higher vocational colleges should make great efforts to improve the work of student employment guidance,scientifically analyze the problems in the work of employment guidance,and use the concept of market supply and demand to develop a long-term mechanism that is market-oriented and improves the employment guidance of college students.
