【摘要】 英国是创业教育的先行国家,作为在英格兰具有代表性的就业导向型课程,英国Northu-mbria大学的学生创业课程采用混合教学法,具有人员的组成呈混搭风格、政府和产业界强力支持、课程考察方式兼具综合性与平衡性的特点。由于面临跨系、跨学院的教学团队和学生团队的合作挑战,该课程根据Tuckman团队模型的形成期、振荡期、规范期和执行期进行管理。该课程对我国大学创业课程的启示有:一是强化和落实"混合法"的价值,二是为学生提供更积极主动的环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 UK is one of the leading countries in entrepreneurship education. As a successful career-oriented course taught at Northumbria University in England, Graduate Enterprise(GE) module is delivered by utilizing the hybrid method which obtains the following characteristics: variety of people from different background; strong support from government and industry;comprehensive and balancing evaluation method on the learning outcomes. To deal with the challenges of cooperation amongst teaching team and the student team, both composed of members from different schools and colleges, the Tuckman ’s four-step stage model in managing teams, forming, storming, norming, performing, has been applied in GE course management. Drawing on the experience from the GE courses, Chinese universities should pay more attention to "hybrid" approaches and enhance its value in China’s entrepreneurship education. Most importantly, more hands-on actions and experiences should be highlighted in order to provide a more positive and encouraging environment for Chinese students.更多还原
