微小核糖核酸在产科疾病的研究进展
The research progress of MiRNA in obstetric disease
【摘要】 微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一类长约18~24nt的小分子非编码RNA,它通过转录后机制调节基因表达,减弱各种遗传网络中的蛋白质输出。miRNA的发现已经转变了我们对基因调节的理解,并引发了研究者旨在利用其作为诊断标记和治疗工具的强烈兴趣。miRNA参与生物体的生长、发育和凋亡的调控,并在疾病发生和发展过程中起着重要作用。现从miRNA的生成、作用机制、胎盘miRNA与产科疾病发生的关系等方面予以综述。
【Abstract】 MiRNAs are small non-coded RNAs of 18~24nt.They regulate gene expression through post-transcription mechanisms to decrease the output of protein in various genetic networks.The discovery of miRNAs has transformed our understanding of gene regulation,and it has led the strong interest of researchers to use miRNAs as a diagnostic markers and therapeutic tools.miRNAs are involved in regulation of the growth,development and apoptosis of organisms,and play an important role in the occurrence and development of disease.The relationship between the formation of miRNA,the action mechanism of miRNA,placental miRNA and the occurrence of obstetric disease are reviewed in this paper.
