【摘要】 目的分析老年重症肺炎的床旁超声影像特点及临床价值。方法选择2016年1月-2017年12月在我院急诊治疗的重症肺炎老年患者63例,均采用床旁超声检查,收集其资料进行回顾性分析,按照胸部CT检查结果将其分为观察组(肺内致密阴影,实变,40例)及对照组(条索、斑片状或磨玻璃样影,非实变,23例),分析影像学检查结果差异。结果观察组40例中超声检查存在实变者39例(97.50%),而对照组存在病变1例(4.35%)(P<0.05);观察组40例胸膜下存在病灶数量(1.32±1.02)个,低于对照组的(3.89±1.80)个(P<0.05);观察组胸膜肋间病灶数量(3.24±2.23)个低于对照组的(10.95±3.45)个(P<0.05);观察组胸腔内存在积液者87.50%(35/40)稍低于对照组的91.30%(21/23)(P>0.05)。结论老年重症肺炎的床旁超声影像特点明显,而且具有良好的临床价值,值得进一步在临床应用及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics and clinical value of bedside ultrasound imaging in severe pneumonia in the elderly.Methods 63 cases from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital for emergency treatment of severe pneumonia in elderly patients,using bedside ultrasonography,the collected data were retrospectively analyzed,according to the results of chest CT examination were divided into the observation group(pulmonary consolidation,dense shadow,40 cases)and control group(cable,spot flake or ground glass opacities,non consolidation,23 cases),analyze the imaging results.ResultsThe observation group of 40 cases in the presence of ultrasound in 39 cases of consolidation(97.50%),while the control group of lesions in 1 cases(4.35%)(P<0.05);the number of lesions are 40 cases in the observation group the pleura(1.32±1.02),significantly lower than the control group(3.89±1.80)a(P<0.05 the observation group);pleural intercostals(3.24±2.23)number of lesions was significantly lower than the control group A(10.95±3.45)a(P<0.05);observation group of pleural effusions in 87.50%in memory(35/40)is slightly lower than that of control group 91.30%(21/23)(P<0.05).Conclusion The bedside ultrasound image of severe pneumonia in the elderly is obvious,and has good clinical value.It is worthy of further clinical application and popularization.更多还原
