【摘要】 运用文献资料、特尔斐和层次分析等方法,对义务教育体育教师队伍文化素养评价指标体系进行了构建,结果显示:文化素养指标体系中包含3个一级指标、10个二级指标和43个三级指标;其中体育教师教学实践性知识、职业价值观和体育教师行为指标是体育教师文化素养评价指标体系的重要组成部分,同时也是体育教师文化素养的重要体现之处;我国义务教育体育教师队伍文化素养水平不高,价值观念和外在行为方面存在着差异,出现了"言行不一"的状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methodes of documentary literature,delphi and analytic hierarchy,this paper process areadopted to construct the index system assessing the cultural qualities of P.E.teachers of compulsory education.The result shows that the cultural quality index system includes 3 first-level indices,10 second-level indices and43 third-level indices;P.E.teachers’ practical teaching knowledge,professional values and behavioral indices ofP.E.teachers are important components of the system of indices assessing the cultural qualities of P.E.teachers,meanwhile,they are also important embodiment of P.E.teachers’ cultural qualities.It is also found that thecultural quality level of Chinese P.E.teacher team of compulsory education is now high,there are differences invalue and external behaviors,and there is contradiction between their words and deeds.更多还原
