【摘要】 采用文献资料法,对黑龙江省大众冰雪运动开展现状进行分析,结果显示:区域经济发展缓慢,缺乏政府的有效支持和引导;冰雪运动自身的因素、宣传力度有待提高;缺乏高级管理人才等是制约黑龙江省冰雪运动发展的主要因素。并提出完善人才培养机制,促进冰雪产业链健康发展,加强基础设施建设,普及冰雪运动,加强市场监管等有效策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of documents, this article analyses the status quo of mass ice-snow sports in Heilonhjiang Province, finds out what restricted its development is ice-snow self, poor publicity, and shortage of high management talents; and then puts forward some countermeasures such as perfecting the mechanism of talent cultivation, strengthening base installation, popularizing ice-snow sports, promoting ice-snow industry and reinforcing the market supervise.更多还原
