【摘要】 当前,我国产业结构的调整导致职业结构发生了变化,原有高校人才培养目标与市场人才需求差异较大。通过引用QFD理论对我国独立学院现阶段人才培养质量进行归纳分析,以设计调查问卷为主要研究方法,构建独立学院毕业生就业能力的结构维度,并运用质量屋模型深入探讨高校人才培养质量与企业需求之间的差异问题。探讨作为培养主体的高校如何在教育教学中,提升学生的可持续雇佣能力,提出有助于提升独立学院大学生就业能力的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the adjustment of industrial structure has led to changes in the professional structure,and there is a big difference between the talent training objectives and the demand for market talents in the colleges.Through analyzing the training quality of reference QFD theory on College students in Independent Colleges of China,design the questionnaire as the main research methods, the structure dimension of the employability of graduates of independent colleges,and the use of house of quality model of college talent training quality and the difference between the demand of enterprise problems.
