【摘要】 目的:研究自体角膜缘干细胞移植术对行翼状胬肉切除术患者的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2015年1月-2017年6月间收治的64例原发性翼状胬肉进行期患者,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例)。对照组采取单纯翼状胬肉切除术,观察组在对照组基础上联合行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,比较两组手术前后的泪膜功能和角膜散光度的影响及术后复发率。结果:两组患者术前1天及术后3个月泪膜破裂时间无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组患者术后1个月和2个月的泪膜破裂时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后1个月、2个月及3个月的角膜散光度无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组术后总复发率明显低于对照组(6.25%vs 25.00%,P<0.05)。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植术对行翼状胬肉切除术患者临床疗效稳定且显著,术后复发率低,临床安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of limbal stem cell transplantation in patients with pterygiumexcision.Methods:64 patients with primary pterygium patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected and divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases)by random number method.Patients in the control group were taken simple pterygium resection,while patients in the observation group were treatedwithsimple pterygium resection and GeHang autologous corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. The function and theeffect of corneal scattered photometric and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in tear rupture time between the two groups of patients 1 day before and 3 months aftersurgery(P>0.05). The tear rupture time of 1 month and 2 months after surgery was significantly longer than that in thecontrol group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups after 1 month,2 months and 3 monthsafter surgery(P>0.05). The total recurrence ratein the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup(6.25% vs 25.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Limbal stem cell transplantation has a stable and significant clinicaleffect on patients with pterygium excision. The postoperative recurrence rate is low and the clinical safety is high.更多还原
