【摘要】 目的:探讨现代通讯工具(微信)对工厂企业员工心肺复苏培训效果的影响。方法:将东莞市厚街镇165名工厂企业员工随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组83人,对照组82人。对照组运用传统的统一授课、问题解答、操作讲解示范、模拟人练习的方法培训;试验组在传统的培训方法基础上,通过现代通讯工具的信息管理技术,在培训前期进行资料预习,培训时将视频、图片、文字上传,组织讨论和问题解答,培训后期及时更新解答学习内容的方法培训。结果:试验组在培训后的理论及操作考核中得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)并且在考核后3个月及6个月时的理论考核也明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运用现代通讯工具对工厂企业员工心肺复苏术培训可以提高学员的学习兴趣及自我满意度,有利于学员对于理论知识及技能的掌握和长期保持,适于学员自主练习,随时随地复习。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the CPR training effects using modern communication tool(Wechat)in factoryworkers. Methods:165 factory workers from Houjie town of Doungguan were enrolled in this study. The workers werethen assigned into test group(n=83)and control group(n=82)randomly. The workers in control group received CPRtraining by traditional ways,which included face to face lessons,problems solving and model exercises. The workers intest group received CPR training by modern communication tool(Wechat),which was different with traditional ways forit adding previews,uploading training materials,discussing and solving via online tool. Results:Not only the scoresof theory test and practice test in test group workers was significantly higher than control group after training(P<0.05),but the long-term effects were better in the test group workers than control group(P<0.05).
