GC-MS/MS检测香草中5种新型合成大麻素
Simultaneous Determination of 5 Synthetic Cannabinoids in Novel “Spice” Drugs by GC-MS/MS
【摘要】 建立香草中的MAM-2201、AM-2201、5F-AKB48、AKB48和JWH-210五种合成大麻素GC-MS/MS-SRM确证检测方法。将已知含有MAM-2201、AM-2201、5F-AKB48、AKB48和JWH-210五种合成大麻素的香草样品,用甲醇超声提取后,进行GC-MS一级全扫描,然后采用优化的GC-MS/MS"定时SRM"模式进行测定。结果显示,经GC-MS/MS检验,香草基质的5种合成大麻素得到很好的分离,同时还对5种合成大麻素可能的质谱碎裂途径进行分析,并建立了这5种合成大麻素二级质谱图库。该方法检验具有快速、准确等优点,可以应用于香草中5种新型合成大麻素成分的鉴定。
【Abstract】 A method was established for determination of AKB48,5 F-AKB48,AM-2201,JWH-210 and MAM-2201 in novel "spice" drugs by GC-MS/MS. At first, the sample was dissolved in methanol, and was treated ultrasonically. The parent ions of each synthetic cannabinoid were detected by running GC/MS in a full scan mode, and then were analyzed by GC-MS/MS with "timed SRM" mode. The analysis results showed that 5 synthetic cannabinoids were well separated. And the fragmentation routes of 5 synthetic cannabinoids were proposed. The CID voltage for each parent ion was optimized and determined. The GC-MS/MS spectrum was characteristic. The qualitative analysis method is rapid and accurate, and is applicable to quantitative determination of MAM-2201, AM-2201, 5 F-AKB48, AKB48 and JWH-210 in novel "spice" drugs.
