基于内滤效应猝灭NaYF4:Yb,Er上转换纳米颗粒荧光选择性地检测酸性品红
Selective Detection of Acid Fuchsin Based on Fluorescence Quenching of NaYF4:Yb,Er Upconversion Nanoparticles by the Inner Filter Effect
【摘要】 采用水热法合成了粒径约为10nm的近似球形NaYF4∶Yb,Er上转换荧光纳米晶.利用所合成的上转换纳米晶为荧光探针,通过荧光的内滤效应,酸性品红能有效地猝灭NaYF4∶Yb,Er的荧光.基于此,构建了酸性品红检测传感器.实验中对孵化时间和p H等条件进行了优化.在最佳测定条件下,酸性品红浓度在13. 3×10-5~66. 7×10-5mol/L范围内与上转换纳米晶的荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为1. 7×10-5mol/L(S/N=3),相对标准偏差为3. 6%.最后,所构建传感器用于实际水样中酸性品红的检测,获得满意的结果.
【Abstract】 Spherical NaYF4∶ Yb,Er upconversion fluorescence nanocrystals w ith a average diameter of about 10 nm w as successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal process. The morphology and structure of NaYF4∶ Yb,Er nanocrystals w ere characterized by FTIR,XRD and TEM techniques,meanw hile the corresponding optical properties w ere analyzed by state steady fluorescence and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The synthesized upconversion nanocrystals w as used as fluorescence probes,a new method for quantitative analysis of acid fuchsin is established on the basis of the inner filter effect. The incubation time and pH value w ere optimized. Under theoptimum conditions,the concentration of acid fuchsin in the range of 13. 3 × 10-5~ 66. 7 × 10-5 mol/L exhibit a good linear relationship w ith the fluorescence intensity of NaYF4∶ Yb,Er nanocrystals. The relative standard deviation( RSD) is 3. 6% and the detection limit for acid fuchsin is 1. 7 × 10-5 mol/L( S/N = 3). Finally,the constructed sensor w as successfully applied to detection of acid fuchsin in real w ater samples w ith satisfactory results.
