含Re复合分子筛催化剂在加氢精制应用
The Application of Re-containing Composite Zeolites Carrier Catalyst in Hydrofining
【摘要】 采用共沉淀法制备了MCM-41-HY复合分子筛,采用浸渍法制备了Re-Ni-W/MCM-41-HY催化剂前驱体,并且用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附比表面积测定(BET)等技术对催化剂的结构和性质进行了表征.反应前将催化剂前驱体用氢气还原,再进行汽柴油加氢精制活性评价.加氢脱芳(HDA)活性评价在实验室的固定床连续反应器上,用四氢萘十二烷模拟物进行加氢.经过实验负载型催化剂Re-Ni-W/MCM-41-HY在适合的条件下可以很好的加氢脱芳.实验结论为,催化剂Re-Ni-W/M CM-41-HY在温度280℃、压力3 M Pa、氢油比600,液时体积空速5h-1,四氢萘的转换率可达到68%.
【Abstract】 The MCM-41-HY composite supports were prepared by using chemical precipitation. Supported Re Ni W/MCM-41-HY catalysts were successfully prepared by the impregnation method with the composites. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2-adsortion specific surface area measurements(BET). The catalyst precursors were hydrocracked as reactive metal then the catalysts were evaluated by hydrofining of gasoline and diesel. The catalysts were set on the continuous fixed-bed reactor for hydrodeasphaltenization(HDA) in the laboratory. KDTN which dissolved in dodecane were hydrocracked as realistic simulation to hydrofining. Re Mo Ni/MCM-41-HY mixed oxide supported catalysts were investigated for hydroproessing of HDA. As a result,at a reaction temperature at 280 ℃,a pressure of 3 MPa,a hydrogen/oil ratio of 600(V/V),and a liquid hourly space velocity of 5 h-1,theconversion of KDTN was 68%.
