【摘要】 目的探讨潍坊市中老年患病人群对医养结合服务的需求情况及影响因素。方法从潍坊市中医院就诊的患者中随机抽取45岁及以上的中老年人进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计学描述及二元logistic回归分析。结果本次调查中医养结合服务迫切需求比例为36.3%;潜在需求比例为61.0%,表示拒绝的比例占2.7%。49.6%的患者选择医疗机构主办的医养结合机构。回归分析显示中老年患者产生医养结合服务迫切需求的显著影响因素是高龄、失能、规律锻炼、现住养老中心、同城子女少。结论潍坊市存在较大的医养结合服务需求市场。相关政策宜向高龄、失能、同城子女少的患病人群及医疗机构主办的医养结合机构倾斜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the demand and influencing factors of middle-aged and elderly patients in Weifang City for medical and aged care integrated services. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate patients aged 45 and above randomly selected from Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The results were statistically described and binary logistic regression analysis was performed. Results In this survey,the urgent demand ratio of medical and aged care integrated services was 36. 3%;the potential demand ratio was 61. 0%,and the proportion of respondents who refused was 2. 7%. 49. 6% of the patients chose a medical and aged care integrated institution organized by professional medical institution. Regression analysis showed that the significant influencing factors for the urgent need of medical and aged care integrated services for middle-aged and elderly patients were:aged 85 and above,disability,regular exercise,current residential care center,and fewer children in the same city. Conclusion There is a large market for demand for medical and aged care integrated services in Weifang City. Relevant policies should be tilted toward the patients of aged 85 and above,disability,and fewer children in the same city,and the medical and aged care integrated institution which organized by professional medical institution.更多还原
