【摘要】 目的通过回顾性研究,分析横贯性脊髓炎造成脊髓损伤程度的相关因素。方法选取近5年在我院住院治疗的横贯性脊髓炎患者共76例,对其发病原因、发病情况、造成脊髓损伤的情况进行统计,将患者按照脊髓损伤程度分为两组,分别是完全性脊髓损伤(15例)和不完全性脊髓损伤(61例),统计年龄、性别、损伤节段与损伤程度的关系。分析造成完全性脊髓损伤和不全性脊髓损伤的相关因素。结果横贯性脊髓炎造成的脊髓损伤主要为不完全性脊髓损伤(80.3%)。累及的脊髓节段以胸髓为常见,共37例(48.7%),其次为颈髓29例(38.2%)和腰髓10例(13.1%)。横贯性脊髓炎造成的脊髓损伤程度与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),与发病部位关系密切,当脊髓损伤发生在颈髓、胸髓、腰髓时,造成的损伤程度存在极其显著性差异(P<0.01)。其中颈髓、腰髓之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),而颈髓与胸髓之间存在极其显著性差异(P<0.01),胸髓、腰髓之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论横贯性脊髓炎造成的脊髓损伤程度与年龄、性别无关,与发病部位关系密切。当脊髓损伤发生在颈髓和腰髓时,主要造成不完全性脊髓损伤。发生在胸髓时,损伤程度无明显区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzed the related factors of spinal cord injury caused by transverse myelitis through retrospective analysis. Methods We counted a total of nearly 5 years in our hospital,altogether 76 cases of transverse myelitis. We statisticsed on the causes,pathogenesis,cause of spinal cord injury. 76 cases of patients with the spinal cord patients according to the degree of spinal cord injury were divided into two groups,spinal cord injury( 15) and incomplete spinal cord injury( 61),and then we statisticsed the age,gender,injury section and the extent of the damage. Factors related to complete spinal cord injury and incomplete spinal cord injury were analyzed. Results Spinal cord injury caused by transverse myelitis was mainly incomplete spinal cord injury( 80. 3%).The spinal cord involved was common in 37 cases( 48. 7%) of thoracic spinal cord,followed by 29 cases of cervical spinal cord( 38. 2%) and 10 cases( 13. 1%) of lumbar spinal cord. The degree of spinal cord injury caused by transverse myelitis is independent of age and sex( P > 0. 05),and is closely related to the location of the disease. When the spinal cord injury occurred in the cervical spinal cord,thoracic spinal cord and lumbar spinal cord,there was a significant difference in the degree of injury( P < 0. 01).There was no significant difference between the cervical spinal cord and lumbar spinal cord( P > 0. 05),while there was a significant difference between the cervical spinal cord and the thoracic spinal cord( P < 0. 01). There was a difference between the thoracic and lumbar spinal cord( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The degree of spinal cord injury caused by transverse myelitis is independent of age and sex,and is closely related to the location of spinal cord injury. When spinal cord injury occurs in the cervical spinal cord and lumbar spinal cord,it mainly results in incomplete spinal cord injury. There was no significant difference in the degree of injury in the thoracic spinal cord.更多还原
