溴代磺酸树脂催化合成没食子酸酯的研究

【摘要】 通过大孔磺酸树脂Amberlyst 15与溴水的反应,合成了疏水性较强、热稳定性较高的溴代磺酸树脂A-15-Br(溴含量31.3%,强酸交换量2.45mmol/g)。以A-15-Br树脂为催化剂,催化没食子酸与甲醇、乙醇和正丙醇的酯化反应,得到产率分别为92.1%、93.2%和93.4%的没食子酸甲酯、没食子酸乙酯和没食子酸正丙酯;催化没食子酸甲酯与正辛醇、正十二醇的酯交换反应,得到产率分别为95.5%和95.8%的没食子酸正辛酯和没食子酸正十二酯。

【Abstract】 A strongly acidic cation exchange resin with higher hydrophobicity and thermal stability, brominated sulfonic resin A-15-Br, was prepared by bromination of the sulfonic resin Amberlyst 15 with bromine-water. Bromine content of the A-15-Br resin was 31.27%, and its strongly acidic cation exchange capacity was 2.45 mmol/g. By using the A-15-Br resin as catalyst for esterification of gallic acid with methanol, ethanol, and n-propanol, esters of methyl gallate,ethyl gallate, or n-propyl gallate were obtained with yield of 92.1%, 93.2% and 93.4%respectively. By using the A-15-Br resin as catalyst for ester exchange reaction of methyl gallate with n-octanol and n-dodecanol, esters of n-octyl gallate and n-dodecyl gallate were obtained with yield of 95.5% and 95.8% respectively.
