【Abstract】 With the rapid development of e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce has flourished in the era of "Internet+ ". According to the superposition of the "Belt and Road" and the construction of the free trade zone and the opening up of import and export policies, the cross-border e-commerce industry is expanding and the comprehensive demand for cross-border e-commerce talents is increasing. At present, there are more than 700 higher vocational colleges in the country that have established e-commerce majors. Although higher vocational colleges attach great importance to the cultivation of cross-border electric businessmen, the cross-border electric businessmen trained cannot meet the requirements of the development of the e-commerce industry well.
