基于QFORM的矩形空心铝型材挤压模具参数优化
Parameter Optimization on Rectangular Hollow Aluminum Extrusion Die Based on QFORM
【摘要】 在挤压模具的有限元分析中,通过改变坯料的温度和挤压速度,分析模拟结果中模具等效应力、最大应力、型材塑性变形等数据,得出最合适的生产参数。上机实验结果表明,软件计算结果与实际实验结果基本相同,软件具有高的指导价值。实验得出坯料预热480℃,出口速度12m/min是合适的生产参数,可以指导实际的生产。
【Abstract】 In the finite element analysis of the extrusion die, the equivalent stress, the maximum stress and the plastic deformation of the mold are analyzed by changing the temperature and the extrusion speed of the blank, thus the most suitable parameters are obtained. The experimental results show that the software results are basically the same as the actual experimental results, and the software has high guiding value. Experiments show that the blank preheating of 480 ℃, extrude speed of 12 m/min are the appropriate production parameters, can guide the actual production.
