【摘要】 目的探讨阿霉素联合顺铂对基底细胞癌患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响及其临床疗效,为相关治疗提供参考。方法选取在我院就诊的40例基底细胞癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组给予阿霉素治疗,观察组给予阿霉素联合顺铂治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果、不良反应、血清VEGF水平、疼痛评分以及自我效能。结果观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清VEGF水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),自我效能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿霉素联合顺铂对基底细胞癌的治疗效果理想,可显著降低患者的VEGF水平,改善其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of adriamycin combined with cisplatin on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) level of patients with basal cell carcinoma and to observe the clinical efficacy. Methods Forty cases of basal cell carcinoma patients were randomly selected from our hospital as the research objects. According to the principle of digital meter method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. The control group got adriamycin therapy, the observation group got adriamycin combined with cisplatin. Observe and compare the clinical effects, adverse reactions, serum VEGF level, pain score and self-efficacy of two groups. Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05). The VEGF level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The self-efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Adriamycin combined with cisplatin had a good therapeutic effect on basal cell carcinoma.更多还原
