多元化团队健康教育在角膜屈光手术患者中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨多元化团队健康教育在眼科角膜屈光手术患者中的作用。方法 将2017年7月至9月,在眼科中心施行角膜屈光手术的患者118例随机分为观察组(61例)和对照组(57例)。观察组采用多元化团队健康教育,对照组采用常规的健康教育。对比两组患者对屈光手术知识的知晓率、治疗依从性以及满意度。结果 观察组与对照组对屈光手术知识的知晓率分别为95%与85%,依从性分别为97%与90%,患者满意度分别为98%与92%,术中脱环发生分别为0例和2例,对照组发生角膜瓣撕裂1例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施多元化团队健康教育,对提高角膜屈光手术患者的屈光手术知识知晓率、治疗依从性及满意度,减少术中脱环和手术并发症的发生具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of diversified and teamwork health education on corneal refractive surgery patients. Methods 118 corneal refractive surgery patients at Ophthalmology Center from July to September 2017, were randomly divided into observation group( 61 cases)and control group(57 cases). The observation group was given diversified and teamwork health education mode, while the control group was given traditional health education. We compared the awareness of refractive surgery knowledge, treatment compliance and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The awareness rate of refractive surgery knowledge in the observation group and control group were 95% and 85% respectively, and the compliance rate were 97% and 90% respectively, and the patient satisfaction were 98% and 92% respectively. Intraoperative ring off occurred in no case and 2 cases respectively, and the comeal flap was tom in 1 case of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified and teamwork health education mode have positive effects on improving the awareness rate of refractive surgery knowledge,treatment compliance and satisfaction, and reducing intraoperative ring off and surgical complications in corneal refractive surgery patients.更多还原
