疼痛评估法在降低无创面罩致医疗器械相关性压疮中的效果

【摘要】 目的 采用局部疼痛评估法对无创面罩机械通气患者面部受压皮肤进行规范化管理,减少医疗器械相关性压疮(MDRPU)的发生。方法 选取2015年1月至12月无创通气患者56例为对照组,采用常规护理方法。2016年1月至12月无创通气患者65例为观察组,采用疼痛评估法判断局部组织受压程度,并进行有效减压处理,比较两组患者器械相关性压疮的发生率。结果 实施疼痛评估法后无创通气患者MDRPU发生率较实施前下降(P<0.05)。结论 局部疼痛评估法,能有效降低患者发生压力性损伤的风险,且可以成为MDRPU的风险评估依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To standardize management of pressure-bearing skin in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation with non-invasive masks by using local pain scoring method and to reduce the occurrence of medical device related pressure ulcer(MDRPU). Methods From January to December 2015, 56 patients with non-invasive ventilation were selected as the control group, and routine care was used. From January to December2016, 65 patients with non-invasive ventilation were observed. The pain scoring method was used to judge the degree of local tissue compression, and effective decompression treatment was performed to compare the incidence of device-related pressure ulcers between the two groups. Results The incidence of MDRPU in non-invasive ventilation patients after implementation of pain scoring method was lower than before implementation( P<0.05).Conclusion The local pain scoring method can effectively reduce the risk of stress injuries in patients and can be the basis for risk assessment of MDRPU.更多还原
