改良固定法在预防PICC导管相关性皮肤损伤的效果观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨改良固定法在预防肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)相关性皮肤损伤中的效果。方法 选取2016年6月至10月本院门诊行PICC导管维护的肿瘤患者120例,随机分为2组各60例,观察组采用改良固定方法。对照组采用传统固定方法。比较两组PICC导管及附件固定后对局部皮肤压迫及损伤情况。结果 观察组PICC维护期间皮肤损伤的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 改良固定法可有效减少PICC导管相关性皮肤损伤,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the improved fixation method on preventing skin injury of the cancer patients with PICC catheter. Methods From June 2016 to October, 120 cases of tumor patients with PICC catheter maintenance in our hospital were randomly divided into2 groups with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with improved fixation. The traditional fixation method was used in the control group. The two groups of PICC catheter and accessories were compared after fixation of local skin compression and injury. Results The incidence of skin damage in the observation group during PICC maintenance was significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0.01). Conclusion Modified fixation can effectively reduce PICC catheter related skin injury, which is worthy of clinical reference.更多还原
