吸脂术及自体脂肪填充术麻醉期对脂质代谢的影响

【摘要】 目的 评价吸脂术及自体脂肪填充术麻醉期对脂质代谢的影响。方法 拟行双大腿吸脂术的女性患者60例,分为2组,每组各30例,术中麻醉诱导维持药物及方法相同。Ⅰ组为单纯双大腿吸脂术,Ⅱ组为双大腿吸脂后自体脂肪填充面部术。分别在术前(T1),手术结束后(T2),术后2h(T3)取静脉血2ml,检测甘油三酯(TG)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)的浓度并比较。结果 与T1比较,两组患者T2时TG小幅增加,T3回落且低于术前,差异有统计学意义。两组间比较差异无统计学意义。T2FFA大幅度增加,T3缓慢回落,与T1比较,差异有统计学意义。两组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论 双大腿吸脂后自体脂肪填充术在术后2h相比单纯双大腿吸脂患者的甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸代谢无显著影响。而吸脂术会导致患者手术结束时至术后2h的TG先升高再下降,幅度较小。而FFA先明显增高再缓慢下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of infusion of liposuction and autologous fat transplantion on the blood lipidogram.Methods Sixty female patients were selected for bilateral thighs liposuction,and randomly divided into two groups( n=30), maintenance of the same anesthesia during the operation. Group I was given simple thigh liposuction, group II was given facial fat filling after liposuction of double thighs. The concentrations of triglyceride( TG) and free fatty acid( FFA) were measured and compared before operation( T1), after operation( T2),and after 2 H( T3) after operation, respectively. Results Compared with those at T1, the triglyeride(TG) were increased unconspicuous at T2, and decreased at T3. All the parameters in the 2 groups were in the normal ranges. No significant difference was found between group I and groupⅡ. Compared with those at T1, free fatty acid( FFA), concertrations were significantly increased at( T2), and lower at( T3). There was no significant difference between group I and group Ⅱ. Conclusion After 2 h by simplex liposuction patient or autologous fat transplantion, there is no significant influence with triglyeride(TG) and free fatty acid( FFA). Liposuction can result in the increase of TG at the end of operation to 2 h after operation, and then decrease. FFA first increases significantly and then slows down.更多还原
