跨关节钢板内固定联合克氏针弹性固定在Lisfranc损伤中的应用

【摘要】 目的 观察切开复位跨关节钢板内固定联合克氏针弹性固定治疗Lisfranc损伤的疗效。方法回顾性分析15例切开复位跨关节钢板内固定治疗Lisfranc损伤患者的临床资料。结果15例患者均获得随访,时间12～40个月,平均(23.3±6.7)个月。术后X线片示解剖复位13例,功能复位2例。其间出现轻度创伤性关节炎2例,切口除1例浅表感染外,其余均愈合良好,未出现骨折不愈合情况。随访中未发现钢板克氏针断裂,其中克氏针松动滑出1例,末次随访采用AOFAS评分标准进行评定,优良率80%。结论对Lisfranc损伤患者应用切开复位跨关节钢板内固定联合克氏针弹性固定手术治疗,可有效减少术后并发症发生,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of trans articular plate fixation combined with Kirschner wire in the treatment of Lisfranc injury.Methods 15 cases of Lisfranc injury treated by trans articular plate fixation combined with Kirschner wire were retrospectively analyzed. Results All15 patients were followed up for 12～40 months( mean 23.3 ± 6.7 m). X-ray films showed anatomical reduction in 13 cases and functional reduction in2 cases. All of them healed well. The last follow-up was evaluated by AOFAS scoring system, the excellent and good rate was 80%. Conclusion The operation of using trans articular plate fixation combined with Kirschner wire for patients with Lisfranc injury can effectively reduce the postoperative complications and improve the clinical efficacy.更多还原
