三伏天灸治疗小儿哮喘临床疗效的Meta分析

【摘要】 目的 分析三伏天灸治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法由2位研究人员独立进行文献检索,数据库包括PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普和万方数据库,检索主题为三伏天灸治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效;对纳入文献提取数据,进行Meta分析。结果Meta分析结果显示,与西医常规疗法比较,三伏天灸的痊愈+显效率、总有效率、远期疗效痊愈+显效率、总有效率均有显著提高,发作频率、发作程度、3项主要肺功能、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgE均有显著改善。亚组分析结果显示,三伏天灸或三伏天灸联合不同西医常规疗法,其临床疗效均显著优于西医疗法。结论与西医常规疗法比较,三伏天灸可显著提高临床疗效和远期疗效,有效控制哮喘发作,改善3项主要肺功能,改善IgA、IgE,值得进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Sanfu acupoint herbal patching( Sanfu AHP) for asthma in children.Methods PubMed, EMBASE, cochrane library, China Biology Medicine disc, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Vip Journal Integration Platform and WanFang Data were searched. Full-text studies on the therapeutic effects of Sanfu acupoint herbal patching for asthma in children were included. Results Compared with standard therapies, Sanfu AHP was associated with better effects in cure plus excellence rate, total effective rate, long-term cure plus excellence rate, long-term total effective rate, attack frequency and level of asthma, lung function, and IgA and IgE immunoglobulins. Subgroup analysis based on controlled therapies demonstrated increased in cure plus excellence rate and total effective rate in Sanfu AHP monotherapy or plus a certain standard therapy, when compared with that standard therapy. Conclusion Our findings suggests that Sanfu AHP monotherapy or plus a certain standard therapy resulted in clinically meaningful improvements in better efficacy, in asthma control, and in lung function, and so on, in treatment of children asthma, when compared with that standard therapy. However, RCTs with further good quality are required to strengthen our findings.更多还原
