综合心理干预对老年患者全身麻醉术后心理状态的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨综合心理干预对老年患者全身麻醉术后的影响。方法 拟行全身麻醉手术的老年患者186例,随机分成综合心理干预组和心理干预组,心理干预组术前实施访视,讲解麻醉和手术的相关知识及术后的配合,给予心理辅导和卫生宣教等心理干预措施,综合心理干预组在心理干预基础上,采取团体心理支持和个别心理指导相结合的方法 ,由一位专职心理医师和一位专职主管护师负责实施结果 综合心理干预比一般心理干预能更有效减轻老年患者焦虑和抑郁程度结论 综合心理干预能更有效地降低术后患者的焦虑及抑郁水平,使老年患者全身麻醉术后处于良好的心理状态,有利于其以最佳的心理状态进行术后康复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on general anesthesia surgery in elderly patients.Methods 186 cases of elderly patients who planned to undergo general anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into comprehensive psychological intervention group and psychological intervention group. Preoperative supervision, explanation of the related knowledge of anesthesia and surgery were implemented in psychological intervention group. Postoperative cooperation and psychological intervention measures, such as psychological service and health education were also introduced. Based on psychological intervention, combined group psychological supported with individual psychological guidance were adopted in comprehensive psychological intervention group. A professional psychologist and a full-time nurse-in-charge were responsible for the implementation. Results The reduce of anxiety and depression was more effective in comprehensive psychological intervention group in elderly patients. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can effectively reduce the patient’s level of anxiety and depression, keep the elder patients in good mental state after general anesthesia surgery, help elder patients get a postoperative rehabilitation in a best psychological state.更多还原
