锚钉手术治疗急性肩锁关节脱位

【摘要】 目的 分析锚钉手术治疗急性肩锁关节脱位的疗效,为临床提供指导。方法 抽取2010年5月至2016年5月42例急性肩锁关节脱位患者作为本次实验的观察对象,对42例急性肩锁关节脱位患者实施随机分组。对照组21例急性肩锁关节脱位患者分别实施锁骨钩钢板、克氏针以及Bosworth螺钉法治疗,观察组21例急性肩锁关节脱位患者实施锚钉手术治疗,两组急性肩锁关节脱位患者均随访1年,随访率78%,分析比较两组急性肩锁关节脱位患者的肩关节功能恢复情况、生活质量评分。结果 随访1年后发现,对照组急性肩锁关节脱位患者肩关节恢复的总有效率(71.42%)显著低于观察组(90.47%),且观察组和对照组急性肩锁关节脱位患者的生活质量评分存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论锚钉手术治疗急性肩锁关节脱位的疗效良好,能显著改善患者肩关节功能,提高其生活质量,解除Ⅱ期手术取出内固定的痛苦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of anchor screw operation on acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation and provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods From May 2010 to May 2016,42 patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation were selected as the observation subjects.42 cases of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 21 cases of acute patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were performed with clavicular hook plate,Kirschner wire and Bosworth screws for treatment,the observation group of 21 cases of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation in patients with the implementation of anchor surgical treatment,two groups of acute patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were followed up for 1 years,the follow-up rate was 78%,two groups of acute the acromioclavicular joint dislocation of shoulder joint function in patients with the recovery and quality of life score were compared.Results After 1 year follow-up,the control group of patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation of shoulder joint recovery of the total efficiency(71.42%) was significantly lower than the observation group(90.47%),and the observation group and the control group of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation in patients with the quality of life scores varied significantly,P<0.05.Conclusion Anchor operation is effective in the treatment of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation.It can significantly improve shoulder function and quality of life,and relieve the pain of internal fixation after stage Ⅱ operation.更多还原
