急诊食管胃内异物原因分析及胃镜下取出术护理对策

【摘要】 目的 探讨急诊食管胃内异物原因及胃镜下取出术护理对策的效果。方法 分析2010年7月至2016年11月204例急诊食管、胃内异物患者的原因,针对不同原因在术前、术中、术后及时施以相应护理,分析其效果。结果 实施不同护理干预,可以明显提高内镜下取异物成功率。结论 针对食管、胃内异物不同原因,采取相应的护理对策,对疾病的预防和治疗效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of emergency foreign body in esophagus and stomach and the effect of nursing strategy under gastroscope. Methods From July 2010 to November 2016, 204 patients with esophageal and gastric foreign bodies were treated in emergency department, and the corresponding nursing measures were carried out before, during and after the operation according to different reasons.Results Different nursing intervention could obviously improve the success rate of removing foreign body under endoscope. Conclusion According to the different causes of esophageal and gastric foreign bodies, the corresponding nursing measures should be taken to prevent and treat the disease.更多还原
