【Abstract】 The harmony of labor relations is related to people’s employment and life,society’s harmony and stability,and economic sustainable development. The key to the problem is what kind of role played by local government in the adjustment of labor relations. The great changes of social principal contradiction and its main aspects in the new era will surely bring long-term and widespread impact on people ’s development concept and national policy making. In order to achieve harmonious labor relations,apart from establishing and improving an effective mechanism for defusing conflicts,government must initiatively explore and establish a profit sharing mechanism for enterprises to promote harmony. At the same time,it is necessary to play its role of consultation and coordination and of ideological and moral education in the regulation of labor relations so as to promote a harmonious and win-win situation for both sides.更多还原
