【摘要】 以半木质化的阔叶十大功劳枝条为插穗,在相同条件下进行不同生根剂、不同浓度的同种生根剂、生根剂不同浸泡时间的扦插生根试验。结果表明,IBA对插穗生根的促进作用比NAA显著,生根率达77.8%; IBA浓度为200 mg/L时,对插穗生根的促进作用最为显著,生根率达77.8%;生根剂浸泡时间长短与插穗生根关系不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cutting experiments were carried out with the half lignified branch of Mahonia bealei as cuttings under the same conditions with different rooting agents,the same rooting agent in different concentrations and the rooting agent in different soaking times.The results showed that the promotion effect of cuttings dealt with the solution of IBA(200 mg/L) was 77.8% of rooting rate which was more significant than NAA.The relationship between soaking time of rooting agent and rooting rate was not obvious.更多还原
