GC-MS分析不同花期厚朴花的挥发油成分
Analysis of volatile oil in flowers of Houpo at different flowering periods by GC-MS
【摘要】 目的:研究厚朴花开花前后挥发油成分变化。方法:通过GC-MS分别检测厚朴花蕾期和开花期挥发油成分,并对分析的成分结果进行分类。结果:开花期花中挥发油中主要的成分包括石竹烯(11.70%),1-甲氧基-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯(7.70%),香叶醇(7.47%),杜松醇(6.39%),冰片(5.96%),α-石竹烯(5.55%),γ-芹子烯(4.64%),d-杜松烯(4.50%)以及反式-β-罗勒烯(4.48%);花蕾期花挥发油中主要含有香叶醇(19.39%),芳樟醇(12.51%),冰片(5.45%),壬烷(5.31%),α-松油醇(5.04%)以及杜松醇(3.90%),二者成分变化较大。花蕾的挥发油成分主要为醇类、芳香烃类和烷烃类,而开花后,挥发油成分中的具有香味的萜烯类会大量上升,醇类依然是主要成分,但是含量相比花蕾期已有明显的下降。结论:研究结果为厚朴花采收期的确定以及进一步有效利用厚朴花资源提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the changes of volatile oil in flowers of Houpo at different flowering periods. Method: GC-MS was applied to analyze the components of volatile oil of flowers in bloom and flower buds of Houpo from Dujiangyan Sichuan. Result: The components of volatile oil were quite different during flowering period. The major components of volatile oil in flowers in bloom included caryophyllene(11.70%), 1-methoxy-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-Octadiene(7.70%), geraniol(7.47%), cadinol(6.39%), borneol(5.96%), α-caryophyllene(5.55%), γ-selinene(4.64%), d-cadinene(4.50%) and trans-β-ocimene(4.48%). The flower buds included geraniol(19.39%), linalool(12.51%), borneol(5.45%), nonane(5.31%), α-terpineol(5.04%) and cadinol(3.90%). Alcohols, aromatic hydrocarbon and alkanes were major components in flower buds. Aromatic terpenes rose dramatically when the flowers bloom and alcohols were much lower than that of flower buds. Conclusion: This analysis results provide the scientific evidences for harvest time of Houpo flower and further development of Houpo flower resources.
