【摘要】 目的:比较半夏泻心汤中不同剂量黄芩配伍前后黄芩苷煎出量的变化,探索半夏泻心汤的配伍规律。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定黄芩单煎液和半夏泻心汤复方合煎液中黄芩苷的煎出量。色谱条件为:Diamonsil C₁₈（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液（53∶47）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL﹒min^-1,检测波长为280 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.125μg⁰.941μg线性关系良好,黄芩单煎液和半夏泻心汤复方合煎液中黄芩苷的平均回收率分别为99.66%和98.84%,随着黄芩剂量的减少,黄芩苷的煎出量有所降低。结论:在半夏泻心汤配伍过程中,黄芩剂量的不同对黄芩苷的煎出量有一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the extraction amounts of baicalin of different dosage of Huangqin in Banxia Xiexin Decoction before and after compatibility, to explore the compatibility rule of Banxia Xiexin Decoction. Method: HPLC was used to detect the extraction amounts of Baicalin in Huangqin decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction. The chromatographic conditions were as following: Diamonsil C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column, with methanol-0.4 % phosphoric acid aqueous solution（53∶47） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL﹒min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result: A good linearity of baicalin was achieved in the range of 0.125 μg⁰.941 μg. The recovery of baicalin of Huangqin decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction were 99.66 % and 98.84 %, respectively. With the decrease of the dosage of Huangqin, the extraction amount of baicalin was decreased. Conclusion: Different dosage of Huangqin influences the extraction amounts of baicalin in the compatibility of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.更多还原
