【摘要】 目的研究奥氮平联合富马酸喹硫平对精神分裂症患者精神状态评分(MMSE)及不良反应的影响。方法选取2015年9月~2017年6月本院91例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组。对照组45例,采用奥氮平治疗,观察组46例,采用奥氮平+富马酸喹硫平治疗。治疗2个月,对比两组疗效、不良反应及治疗前后日常生活能力(ADL)、MMSE评分变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.83%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(10.87%)低于对照组(31.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组ADL、MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者采取奥氮平联合富马酸喹硫平治疗,不良反应小,临床疗效较佳,可提高日常生活能力,改善患者精神状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of olanzapine combined with quetiapine fumarate on MMSE scores and adverse reactions in schizophrenic patients. Methods 91 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects and grouped by random number table method. The control group(45 cases) was treated with olanzapine, and the observation group(46 cases) was treated with olanzapine and quetiapine fumarate. After 2 months of treatment, the efficacy, adverse reactions, daily living ability(ADL) and MMSE score of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46), which was higher than that of the control group(80%)(36/45)(P< 0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was 10.87%(5/46), which was lower than that in control group 31.11%(14/45)(P < 0.05). There were insignificant differences in MMSE scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the ADL and MMSE scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Olanzapine combined with quetiapine fumarate in the treatment of schizophrenia has got effective clinical effect with less adverse reactions, and it can improve the daily living ability and improve the mental status of patients.更多还原
