【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在小儿手足口病中的应用效果。方法将本院2015年1月~2016年5月收治的71例手足口病患儿根据随机综合序贯法分组,对照组(n=35)患儿采用常规护理,观察组(n=36)患儿予以品管圈活动护理,观察对比两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组考核评分、护理差错率、护理满意度均明显优于对照组,结果具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动在小儿手足口病中的应用效果突出,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in children.Methods According to the random comprehensive sequential method,71 cases of children with handfoot-and-mouth-disease in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=36).The control group were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group were treated with QCC nursing.Nursing effects were compared between the two groups of children.Results The scores of assessment,nursing error and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle in pediatric hand-foot-and-mouth disease is prominent and worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
