【摘要】 目的总结采用单环缝扎法治疗小儿尿道下裂术后3 mm以下尿道皮肤瘘的临床经验及疗效。方法选取2014年7月至2016年10月在本院收治的18例尿道下裂术后尿瘘的患儿作为研究对象。平均手术年龄为6岁(2岁5个月至11岁9个月)。平均尿瘘的直径2. 25 mm(1～3 mm)。所有患儿采用单环缝扎法修复尿道下裂术后尿道皮肤瘘。结果尿瘘均位于阴茎体部,其中阴茎体远端5例,阴茎体中部10例,阴茎体近端3例。术后对所有患儿进行门诊随访,平均随访时间20个月(9～36个月)。18例患儿术后恢复良好,均无尿瘘复发,无排尿困难。结论采用单环缝扎法修复尿道下裂术后较小UCF(≤3 mm)患儿的疗效确切,操作简单,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe a simple and effective technique for repairing small urethrocutaneous fistula( UCF) after hypospadias repair. Methods This procedure was performed in 18 patients with solitary fistula after primary hypospadias repair. The mean age was 6 years( range: 2 years 5 months to 11 years 9 months). The average diameter of fistulae was 2. 25( 1-3) mm. There was no onset of perioperative complications. All UCFs were fixed by suture ligation. Results All fistulae were located on penile shaft,including anterior( n = 5),middle( n = 10) and posterior( n = 3). The average follow-up period was 20( 9-36) months. No recurrent fistula was observed. None of them had voiding difficulties. Conclusion Simple suture ligation is effective for repairing small UCF( diameter≤3 mm).更多还原
