内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与静脉血栓栓塞症相关性的荟萃分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶(NOS3)基因G894T多态性与静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)易感性之间的关系。方法:检索PubMed、Embase、中国知网和万方数据库,收集2017年8月以前出版的与G894T多态性和VTE易感性相关的研究资料。用Stata 12.0软件对收集到的数据进行荟萃分析,计算合并的OR值及95%CI,并进行异质性检验、分种族的亚组分析和发表偏倚评估。结果:共入选7篇病例对照研究,包含1 260例病例和1 689例对照。荟萃分析结果显示,NOS3G894T多态性在总人群中与VTE易感性相关:在3种模型下具有统计学意义(T∶G:OR=1.377,95%CI:1.112~1.704;GT∶GG:OR=1.397,95%CI:1.179~1.656;TT+GT:GG:OR=1.415,95%CI:1.201~1.668)。亚组分析结果提示,在中国人和非中国人中NOS3G894T多态性均可增加VTE患病风险。结论:NOS3G894T多态性与VTE易感性相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the association between endothelial nitric oxide synthase(NOS3)G894 T polymorphism and venous thromboembolism(VTE)susceptibility.Method:PubMed,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang Database were used to search relevant literatures on G894 Tpolymorphism and VTE susceptibility published before August 2017.The collected data were analyzed by Stata 12.0 software,and the combined ORvalues and 95%CI were calculated and the heterogeneity test,subgroup analysis and publication bias were evaluated.Result:A total of 7 case-control studies including 1 260 cases and 1 689 controls were included in this meta-analysis.The results of pooled analysis showed that NOS3 G894 Tpolymorphism was associated with VTE susceptibility in the total population(T vs G:OR=1.377,95%CI:1.112-1.704;GT vs GG:OR:1.397,95%CI:1.179-1.656;TT+GT vs GG:OR=1.415,95%CI:1.201-1.668).Subgroup analysis showed that NOS3 G894 Tpolymorphism could increase the risk of VTE both in Chinese and non-Chinese population.Conclusion:NOS3 G894 Tpolymorphism is associated with VTE susceptibility.
