【摘要】 目的探讨强化排尿功能训练在根治性膀胱全切回肠原位新膀胱术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2014年12月～2017年11月我院收治的膀胱癌患者96例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组术后给予强化排尿功能训练,比较两组患者术后第一次排尿时间及排尿状况,调查两组患者舒适度和护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者第一次排尿时间明显比对照组缩短,排尿顺利情况明显好于对照组,观察组舒适度和护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根治性膀胱全切回肠原位新膀胱术后给予强化排尿功能训练,可缩短术后患者第一次排尿时间,减少尿潴留发生,并提高患者舒适度和满意度,临床上值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of intensive urination training in the nursing care of patients after radical total cystectomy after orthotopic neobladder operation.Methods From December 2014 to November 2017,the patients were randomly selected.Ninety-six patients with bladder cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group received routine nursing care after operation,and the observation group received intensive urination training after operation.The first time of urination and the condition of urination were compared between the two groups,and the comfortable degree and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were investigated.Results The first time of urination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the smooth condition of urination in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group.Conclusion Intensive micturition training can shorten the first time of urination and reduce the occurrence of urinary retention after radical total cystectomy of ileal neobladder after radical cystectomy,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).It is worth popularizing in clinic to improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients.更多还原
