【摘要】 目的针对临床当中患有糖尿病性视神经病变的患者行以鼠神经生长因子同银杏叶提取物进行治疗的效果予以分析和讨论。方法选取我院2016年5月～2017年5月就诊的糖尿病视神经病变症状患者130名(共有252病眼),将其分成1组(使用鼠神经成长因子)63眼、2组(使用银杏叶提取物注射液)63眼、3组(联合鼠神经成长因子和银杏叶提取物注射液)63眼、4组(参照组)63眼,对参照组仅行以常规性的血糖调节以及视网膜光凝干预等措施,治疗过程为21天,结束之后观察全部患眼的FFA值以及VEPF值等,并做以统计分析。结果经过治疗,1组、2组、3组的整体有效率分别为82.54%、87.30%、96.83%,4组的有效率则为71.43%,与4组对照前三组均有显著的差异,且能够证明存在统计学上的差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床当中,对患糖尿病视神经病变症状患者,行以鼠神经生长因子同银杏叶提取物进行治疗的措施,能够获得较为理想的临床疗效,值得进行更加广泛的实践应用以及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective For the patients with diabetic neuropathy in the clinical line with the nerve growth factor and Ginkgo biloba extract for the treatment of the effect of analysis and discussion.Method A total of 130 patients(total of 252 eyes) were enrolled in our hospital from May 20 to May 2017,and were divided into 1 group(using rat nerve growth factor) 63 eyes,2(With Ginkgo biloba extract injection) 63 eyes,3 groups(combined with rat nerve growth factor and Ginkgo biloba extract injection) 63 eyes,4 groups(refer to group) 63 eyes,the reference group only routine Blood glucose regulation and retinal photocoagulation and other measures, the treatment process for 21 days, after the end of all the observed eye FFA values and VEPF values,and made a statistical analysis.Result After treatment, the overall effective rate of group 1,group 2 and group 3 was 82.54%、87.30%、96.83%, respectively 4 groups were 71.43%.
