【摘要】 目的探讨使用PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2015年1月～2017年1月期间采用PFNA治疗的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者25例。统计分析手术时间、术中失血量,随访记录术后伤口情况、骨折愈合情况、末次随访时Harris评分。结果 25例患者均获得随访,随访时间为12～19个月,平均16.5个月;手术时间:30～50 min,平均38 min;术中失血量:95.5～132.4 mL,平均110.4mL;所有患者均获得骨性愈合,时间为6-9个月,平均7个月;末次随访时所有患者Harris评分:优12例,良9例,可3例,差1例,优良率84%。结论 PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折手术切口小,损伤小,便于早期下床活动,能提高高龄患者骨折后生存率,改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the surgical treatment for for intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients by PFNA. Methods Clinical datum of 25 cases involving the intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated by PFNA were analyzed retrospectively.Statistical analysis of total operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative wound condition,fracture healing,Harris score at the time of the last follow-up. Results Between Jan.2015 to Jan.20 l7,25 cases were followed up for 12~19 months, mean 16.5 months.The operation time was 30~50 min, mean 38 min.Introperative blood loss was 95.5 mL~132.4 ml,mean 110.4 ml.All the fractures were healed,from 6 to 9 months,mean 7 months.At the final follow-up,according to Harris scoring system,the excellent and good rate is 84%. Conclusion The use of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly has many advantages,such as small surgical incision,small injury and easy to get out of bed early.This method can improve the survival rate and quality of life of elderly patients suffering fractures.更多还原
